Not only does it take a [cylindrical shape with a hard surface](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hachiman-bucket), it boasts a lid and replaceable bags. The only big difference is that the lid of the Brabantia Laundry Bin has a hole to easily toss dirty clothes into. Although some people might not appreciate the small opening or its static shape, others will praise the Brabantia Laundry Bin for its discreetness. Not to mention that it is very pet friendly. Core 77 points out that cats do tend to be sneaky creatures that manage to get into virtually anything. It is available in various colors, finishes and sizes for different homes. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 0.9/10 - Popularity: 12% | Activity: 8% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Discreet Garbage Can Design:** Opportunity for innovative garbage can designs that blend seamlessly into the environment. - **Replaceable Bag Systems:** Potential for developing cost-effective and eco-friendly alternatives to traditional plastic garbage bags. - **Pet-friendly Waste Management:** Demand for specialized waste management solutions that cater to pet owners while keeping the home clean and organized. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Home Organization:** Opportunity for companies to create innovative storage solutions that combine functionality and aesthetics for modern homes. - **Sustainable Household Products:** Growing market for environmentally-friendly and sustainable household products, including waste management solutions. - **Pet Care:** Emerging niche within the pet care industry focusing on pet-friendly products and solutions for cleanliness and convenience. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Chic Utilitarian Trash Cans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/carden-the-twin.md) - [Modular Organization Garbage Bins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kitchen-garbage-bins.md) - [Sustainably Constructed Garbage Cans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rubbish-bin.md) - [Tipping Trash Can Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/niko-trash-bin.md) - [Customizable Garbage Cans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/totem-compact-unit.md) - [Odor-Absorbing Diaper Cans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/diaper-can.md) - [Retro-Style Home Decor Items](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vipp-holgers-beige-collection.md) - [Versatile Egg-Shaped Waste Bins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nextgen-waste-bin.md) - [Rodent-Preventative Trash Bins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/group-project.md)
