The Bowler Rink has a [circular design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rolly-bar-cart) as opposed to the straight bowling lanes we are so used to. This new design is meant for [two players](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/connect-4-frenzy) and a lounge area for a spectator. The entire dynamic of the game is different with the Bowler Rink as the ball becomes smaller with no finger holes and the pins are aluminum and hollow. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.3/10 - Popularity: 31% | Activity: 31% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Sports](https://www.trendhunter.com/sports) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Circular Bowling Alleys:** Circular bowling alleys with a new design and equipment create a unique bowling experience for patrons. - **Two-player Games:** The Bowler Rink's new circular design and two-player setup offer a unique way for friends to spend an evening together. - **Reviving Classic Games:** The Bowler Rink's updated design and gameplay offer a fresh take on a classic game, potentially attracting new generations of patrons. ### Where This Applies - **Entertainment:** Circular bowling alleys could disrupt and innovate the entertainment industry, creating a new buzz around bowling alleys. - **Hospitality:** Incorporating the Bowler Rink into hotels, resorts, and other hospitality venues could offer a unique gaming experience for guests. - **Sports Equipment:** The Bowler Rink's unique equipment design could influence the sports equipment industry, potentially leading to new equipment patents and developments. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Miniature Bowling Toy Kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glow-n-bowl.md) - [Film-Inspired Bowling Alleys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/eastside-bowl.md) - [Chic Ballroom Interiors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-ballroom-bowl.md) - [Football-Style Bowling Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/triumph-fowling-set.md) - [Residential-Scale Arcade Games](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/skeeball-arcade-games.md) - [Hybrid Backyard Games](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/backyard-game.md) - [Luxury Bowling-Inspired Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-jacquemus-bowling-alley.md) - [Digital Marble Tabletop Games](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/funpop-tabletop-pinball-game.md) - [Maximalism Playful Roller Discos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/xanadu.md)
