The Bottega Veneta Spring 2012 campaign shows a refreshing application of the recent photography fad that centers around window reflections. In this case, however, the reflection doesn’t take over the entire scene. Instead, it adds a ghostly dimension that gives the entire photo shoot a little extra something that takes it from plain and simple to stunning.
Shot by Brazilian born photographer Mona Kuhn, the Bottega Veneta Spring 2012 campaign stars model Kasia Struss alongside male model Matthias Berg. The sun-drenched images give the images a clean aesthetic that really complements the minimalist and modern designs of the fashion showcased. Since the spring 2012 collection seems inspired by lingerie, the early morning light provides the illusion of a basking bedroom scene minus the typical crumbled bedsheets.
