It seems there are new concerns that the ever popular Botox may do more than [get rid of wrinkles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/anti-wrinkle-subscription). It was thought that the toxin only acted locally but now it appears it can be transported along axons to sites in the central nervous system. It is thought to have significant and long-lasting effects on neuron functions. So now they are trying to figure out how to prevent the spread or find a way to use it therapeutically. Get rid of it.
