On August 7th, Mike & Patty’s unveiled its first-ever lineup of signature [specialty iced coffees](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/iced-coffee-with-cold-foam). Each of the new coffees features a [signature sweet egg foam](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/iced-matcha-souffl) on top, which is made by whipping fresh cream and egg yolks with condensed milk until silky smooth. Each drink is also made with slow-dripped Speedwell Coffee, specifically the dark roast, which pairs perfectly with the rich egg foam on top. In total, there are three new coffee flavors to choose from, including the Boston Cream Pie iced coffee, which combines Speedwell dark roast with a sweet egg foam flavored with Tahitian vanilla bean.
