# Camera Christmas Trees Borrow Lenses' Tree is a Must-See for Camera Fanatics By Matt Ho | Published 2010-12-28 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/borrow-lenses-tree-camera References: [gizmodo](http://gizmodo.com/5718803/behold-a-christmas-tree-made-from-150000-in-cameras) & [borrowlenses](http://www.borrowlenses.com/) Christmas is over, but I still think that this Christmas tree made by Borrow Lenses is really worth checking out. The company has created perhaps one of the most expensive trees with $150,000 worth of cameras. Tripods were used as the supporting structure and base which was then filled with camera bodies, lenses, and various Christmas ornaments and lights for that festive look. Check out the Borrow Lenses video to see the process of building this unique tree. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 0.6/10 - Popularity: 1% | Activity: 8% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Camera Christmas Trees:** Creating extravagant Christmas trees using cameras and photography equipment as ornaments and lights. - **Expensive DIY Trees:** Designing Christmas trees using high-value items or luxury materials for a unique and extravagant display. - **Creative Holiday Decor:** Using unconventional materials and designs to create visually stunning and attention-grabbing holiday decorations. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Photography:** Exploring opportunities to create photography-themed products and services for the holiday season. - **Event Planning:** Providing unique and eye-catching holiday decor options for clients looking to create memorable experiences. - **Art and Design:** Developing innovative and visually appealing holiday decor concepts that merge artistry and festive traditions. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Lens-Integrated Travel Cameras](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/travel-camera.md) - [Functional Gingerbread Cameras](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gingerbread-camera.md) - [Christmas-Themed USB Keys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/psb-xmas-tree.md) - [Cutout Christmas Tree Displays](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/christmas-tree-display.md) - [Illuminated Christmas Tree Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/all-lit-up.md) - [Wooden Camera Renditions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wooden-sony.md) - [Plastic Bottle-Made Christmas Trees](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/caroline-chaptini.md) - [Waste-Activated Digital Trees](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lit-by-sht.md) - [Mountaineer-Approved Camera Tripods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pro-tripod.md)
