Fascinating, yet macabre. You can order them in a variety of chocolates from Dark to White. The absolute best choice is Bone Chocolate - a blend of chocolate to recreate the color of freshly cleaned human bones. Shortly you will be able to order then in organic, 80% cocoa and Fair Trade Chocolate too. Other sites of course do chocolate skulls like the set of three in glitter from [Food Is Art](http://www.foodisart.co.uk), but they don’t quite make the same impact as the skull-cast chocolates. However, these skulls from D.L & Co get close. These are the size of typical chocolates. Each of the three flavors comes in a black satin gift box with a black bow around it to complete the package. Order all three, then they’ll come with a larger satin box, an insulated shipping kit and express service. They come in [Bitter White Brandied Cherry](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/candied-yam-white-chocolate), [Curious Chilli](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/momofuku-chili-chocolate-crunch) and Scorched Caramel. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.7/10 - Popularity: 43% | Activity: 30% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Unique](https://www.trendhunter.com/unique) > [Bizarre](https://www.trendhunter.com/bizarre) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Human Skull-cast Chocolates:** The production of chocolates in the form of human skulls can potentially create interest from consumers who are fascinated with the macabre or alternative desserts. - **Organic, 80% Cocoa and Fair Trade Skull Chocolates:** The creation of organic, high cocoa content and fair trade chocolate skull products adheres to the growing demand for ethically-sourced and healthier dessert options. - **Small-batch Novelty Chocolates:** The production of small-batch novelty chocolates can cater to consumers looking for personalized and unique gift or dessert options. ### Who This Affects Most - **Food and Confectionery Industry:** The food and confectionery industry can develop new product offerings and attract a distinct consumer base through novelty chocolates. - **Gift and Souvenir Industry:** The gift and souvenir industry can potentially benefit from manufacturing novelty chocolates as unique and memorable souvenirs for tourists. - **Artisanal Chocolate Making and Catering Services:** The artisanal chocolate making and catering service industry can create a space for specialty chocolate products, such as human skull-cast chocolates, and cater to consumers with unique product offerings. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Celebratory Skull-Shaped Drink Mixes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/skull-hot-chocolate-bomb.md) - [Ghostly Vegan Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/white-chocolate-ghost.md) - [Artisanal Halloween Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/2024-halloween-collection.md) - [Gourmet Halloween-Themed Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gourmet-halloweenthemed-chocolates.md) - [Fizzing Skull-Shaped Candy Products](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/super-sour-scary-skulls.md) - [Macabre Chocolate Shops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chocolate-shops.md) - [High-End Halloween Candy Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hotel-chocolat-halloween-collection.md) - [Caramelized Organ Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zotter-chocolates-brains-eggs.md) - [3D-Printed Valentine's Day Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/valentines-day-bonbons.md)
