The [iPad Pro](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/maghub-3) is billed by [Apple](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/satechi-hybrid-multiport-adapter) as being a solution that's powerful enough to replace laptops but is inherently devoid of essential connectivity ports, so the 'BoltHub' USB-C hub has been created to correct this. The aftermarket USB hub works by connecting directly onto the tablet in a discreet manner and expanding the built-in USB-C port into a multifunctional powerhouse. This includes adding support for HDMI, USB 3.1, SD cards, microSD cards and 3.5mm audio to enhance productivity without disrupting the highly portable profile of the tablet.

The 'BoltHub' USB-C hub features a discreet design that is intended to clip onto the edge of the tablet instead of dangling precariously from the connectivity port for a tidier, more discreet user experience.
