Joana Vilaça Studio unveils the new Bündner Side Table to join its ongoing Bündner collection. It boasts a [minimal design language](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/silos-collection) and appears to also be able to function as a stool as well. The [solid wooden table](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/boia) is inspired by the Swiss Alps lifestyle and it taps into Joana's own experience living in Switzerland, which is also where the studio is located as well. It has a low-slung design and comes in the option of ash wood or oak.

Joana speaks about the design, noting that “The possibility of [self-assembly makes it playful](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bug-collection-1). Sustainable materials and carefully chosen wood are combined with a contemporary design. The Bündner collection brings together quality materials, craftsmanship, and durability. Due to the characteristics of solid wood, each piece is unique.”
