Matthew Bromley, the illustrator behind Blast Skates, brings together skateboarding and funky art into a colorful union.

Bromley created his own skate label, Blast Skates and this week he's launching three new British-made boards featuring artwork from James Jarvis, Marcus Oakley and Jon Boam.

Bromley believes he's finally found the perfect balance between his two worlds: [skateboarding and art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/united-through-skateboarding). Blast Skates plans to release [three new boards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/limitededition-skateboard-deck) every year. It's all part of the Chronological Series plan.
