Heather has been [pregnant for seven months](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/every-pregnancy) and has not seen a doctor to monitor her pregnancy. She is "trusting her body and trusting her baby" throughout the process. Although Heather is not due for another two months, the couple is planning to arrive early to the institute to spend the time swimming with the dolphins to get acquainted with them. The couple has already held a [dolphin-themed baby party](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/delay-the-delivery) in anticipation of this unusual event. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 0.7/10 - Popularity: 2% | Activity: 10% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Alpha - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Life](https://www.trendhunter.com/life) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Alternative Birthing Methods:** There is an opportunity for disruptive innovation in offering new non-traditional birthing methods, such as delivering a baby with the assistance of dolphins. - **Holistic Health and Wellness:** Providing holistic healthcare solutions that combine natural therapies like immersing in the ocean and swimming with dolphins could be a disruptive innovation opportunity. - **Animal Therapy:** Offering animal-supported therapy and wellness programs, such as swimming with dolphins, could provide a non-traditional path for achieving mental and emotional wellness. ### Who This Affects Most - **Healthcare & Wellness:** The healthcare and wellness industry could benefit from incorporating holistic and alternative practices like delivering baby with dolphins. - **Animal Therapy:** The animal therapy industry may benefit from creating programs such as dolphin-attended ocean births to help people who seek out unconventional alternatives to traditional medicine. - **Tourism & Hospitality:** Tourism and hospitality industries could provide similar animal-assisted or nature-based experiences for relaxation and stress relief. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Dolphin Conservation Initiatives](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dolphin-conservation.md) - [Parent-Focused Luxury Packages](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ambiente-sedona.md) - [AI-Driven Baby Care Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ai-baby-companion.md) - [Birth-Detecting AI-Imaging Cameras](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aiimaging-camera.md) - [Prenatal Care Wearables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/morrama.md) - [Branded Pregnancy Scans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pregnancy-scans.md) - [Postnatal Wellness Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/alma-care.md) - [Humanized Baby Formulas](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/humanized-baby-formula.md) - [Soft Oceanic Perfumes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lets-dive-by-ds-durga.md)
