The original version features Pharrell Williams and TI, rather than Bubba's dulcet tones. [YouTube](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chopstix) channel BarackDubs, known for creating [presidential mashups](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/joe-rogan-hosted-former-president-trump) featuring current Commander in Chief Barack Obama, pieced together parts of Clinton's speeches to make this musical masterpiece. Ironically, the video was released on Monica Lewinsky's 40th birthday. The former American head of state is an appropriate choice for this particular single, as Clinton is definitely an expert on blurring lines with good girls. Bill Clinton sings this Blurred Lines parody in his Arkansas drawl, resulting in a performance you cannot miss. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.8/10 - Popularity: 11% | Activity: 36% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Pop Culture](https://www.trendhunter.com/popculture) > [Humor](https://www.trendhunter.com/humor) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Presidential Mashups:** Creating musical mashups featuring former presidents offers a unique and entertaining way to engage with political figures. - **Parody Videos:** Producing comedic parodies of popular songs utilizing political figures can attract a wide audience and generate online engagement. - **Political Satire:** Using humor and music to satirize political events and figures can provide social commentary and spark discussions. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Entertainment:** The entertainment industry can explore collaborations with YouTube channels and creators to produce viral political mashup videos. - **Digital Marketing:** Digital marketers can leverage parody videos as a creative way to engage with audiences and promote brands or political campaigns. - **Political Commentary:** Political commentators and satirists can utilize musical mashups to present unique perspectives on current events and political figures. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Democratic Party Playlists](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jamocracy.md) - [Iconic Halloween Candy Songs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/candy-corn-1.md) - [Personalized Video Cards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/video-cards.md) - [Pop Culture Presidency Campaigns](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brat.md) - [Motion-Powered Songs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/motionpowered-song.md) - [Voting-Themed Fashion Ads](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/youve-got-the-power.md) - [Pizza-Themed Music Videos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lucha-little.md) - [Music Mashups Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mashapp-music.md) - [Signature Biscuit Playlists](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cheddar-bayi.md)
