This is ideal for consumers living in small spaces where a separate bike storage unit isn't an option. Instead, Stow allows consumers to hang the bicycle directly onto the wall as well as providing added space for storage. A bicycle is an ideal vehicle to use in busy urban spaces that allows travellers to get around quicker than they might by foot or car. To accommodate housing the bicycle, Lignum Bike Company has put together a [bike mount](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/velto) that blends seamlessly into a living space with a shelf-style design. The cabinet offers racks for storage of personal items as well as a sturdy mount to hold a bike. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.4/10 - Popularity: 88% | Activity: 95% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Bicycle Storage Solutions:** Opportunity for innovative products that provide compact and convenient storage options for bicycles in small spaces. - **Multipurpose Furniture:** Opportunity to create furniture designs that serve multiple functions, such as incorporating bicycle mounts into shelves or cabinets. - **Urban Commuter Lifestyle:** Opportunity to cater to the needs of urban dwellers who rely on bicycles as a means of transportation and require space-efficient storage solutions. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Furniture Design:** Incorporating bicycle mounts into furniture designs presents a disruptive innovation opportunity for the industry. - **Home Organization:** Developing innovative storage solutions for small living spaces, including bicycle storage, can shake up the home organization industry. - **Urban Mobility:** Creating compact and easily accessible bicycle storage options can have a disruptive impact on the urban mobility industry. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Ultra-Compact Bike Stands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hangar-connect.md) - [Foldable Flatpack Bike Racks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ahha-toaster-bike-rack.md) - [Tri-Functional Bicycle Racks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/trifunctional-bicycle-rack.md) - [Stylish Space-Saving Exercise Bikes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/theo-exercise-bike.md) - [Compact Cyclist Car Mounts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lightbull-rack.md) - [Horizontal Automotive Bike Racks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ktop-bike-rack.md) - [Modular Bike Racks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sonder-x-skarper.md) - [Multipurpose Bike Racks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/almada-work.md) - [Floating Stacked Storage Boxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kgt-wall-unit.md)
