This [bespoke bicycle design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/eidolon) was created by the Israeli born designer as part of a fundraising event organised by the [Elton John AIDS Foundation](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/goodbye-yellow-brick-road) and the W hotel chain. Arad's masterful design 'Two Nuns' uses sprung steel for its wheels in a repetitive ribbon like design. Amazingly the bike is [fully functional](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/diy-diwheel). Six other people known to be at the top of their creative field were asked to reinterpret the classic 'boris blue' bike used by Londoner commuters into a functional work of art.
