Berlin's funkiest bathing destination is well worth taking a look at. The pool is located in the hull of a [container ship](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fjord-floating-sauna) in the Spree River. Inside the boat you'll find a bar and café, both of which have opening times that coincide the pool access hours. If you're not a good swimmer, you might want to bring your [blow-up fins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cdm30) -- the 325 square meter heated pool is over two meters deep.

**Implications** - The pools are anchored right at the center of Berlin's Spree river. One of the pools is kept warm while the other is [freezing cold](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plunge-pod). Swimmers are encouraged to go from one to the other, specifically for the adrenalin rush.
