The home has been renovated and revamped into a beautiful, serene residential home. Redesigned by talented designers and architectures at AABE Erpicum & Partners, the Belgium Mason Les Heures Claires was built within the body of water in order to 'arouse the senses' before entering the home. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.7/10 - Popularity: 70% | Activity: 32% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Water-haven Homes:** Opportunity to create innovative homes that incorporate bodies of water for a serene and visually stunning living experience. ### Where This Applies - **Architecture and Design:** Architects and designers can explore new possibilities in creating homes that seamlessly blend with bodies of water, offering unique living experiences. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Discrete Lakeside Modern Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/palissade.md) - [Water-Centric Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/10m.md) - [Tranquil Riverside Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chalk-river-house.md) - [Meadow-Overlooking Sleek Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/studioac-1.md) - [Glass‑brick Belgian Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glass-brick-house.md) - [Tranquil Courtyard Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sanctum-house.md) - [Skylit Belgian Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/he-winter-garden.md) - [Pavilion-Style Lakeside Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/clearwater-lake-retreat.md) - [Nature-Immersed Creative Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/french-creek-workhops-house.md)
