Craft brewing company [BrewDog](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brewdog-1) created a new beer named the 'Beer For Girls' in support of International Women's Day.

The company made the [Pink IPA](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/womencelebrating-sour-beers) to shine a light on gender inequality, bringing awareness to [gender pay gap issues](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/underpaid-women). The beer will be sold at a discounted price to women, while men will pay full price. BrewDog designed the beer with the intention of ending the stigma of women in the beer market, taking a comical yet obvious approach to branding.

With the philosophy that beer is for everyone, the brand aims to end the discrimination against women by donating 20% of all proceeds to charities that fight inequality and support women. The Beer For Girls collection by BrewDog is available now until the end of the month.
