Made out of white ceramic, the structure of the'Winnie Lamps' is inspired by the [curvaceous shape of a beehive](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shannan-beehive-observation-cabin). Each beehive lamp is Filled with several holes overflowing with oozy pastel yellow faux-honey. Each circular hole is then filled with a large cork stopper that softy light up when the lamp is turned on. The corks can either be left in the lamp for a subtle lamp glow or taken out to create spotlights. The electrical cable also goes through the very top cork stopper so that the [beehive lamp can hang vertical](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nest-lamp) like a real beehive would from a tree. These beehive 'Winnie Lamps' remind one of the scene in the Disney film when Pooh Bear covers himself in mud and floats up on a balloon to steal the honey from bees. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.2/10 - Popularity: 83% | Activity: 66% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Gen Alpha, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Nostalgic Lamps:** Design lamps inspired by nostalgic characters and themes create a unique and sentimental lighting experience. - **Nature-inspired Design:** Incorporating elements from nature into design creates visually appealing and eco-friendly products. - **Versatile Lighting Options:** Lamps with customizable features offer the flexibility to create different lighting effects for various settings. ### Where This Applies - **Home Decor:** The home decor industry can embrace nostalgic lamps as a popular trend, providing customers with unique and sentimental lighting options. - **Interior Design:** Incorporating nature-inspired design elements in interior spaces can enhance the overall aesthetic appeal and create a soothing environment. - **Lighting Fixtures:** The lighting fixtures industry can explore versatile options that allow users to personalize their lighting experience, providing a customizable and interactive lighting solution. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Naturalistic Handmade Illuminators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/honey-lamp-collection.md) - [Imaginative Mushroom Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/white-rabbit-england.md) - [Whimsical Glass Bubbled Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/peeka.md) - [Mushroom-Inspired Table Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/humble-lights.md) - [Pencil Shaving-Inspired Illuminators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sharpener-lampshades.md) - [Whimsical Bird-Like Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tiki-lamp.md) - [Silkworm-Inspired Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/phantom-lighting.md) - [Air Balloon-Inspired Lamp Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/air-balloon-lamp.md) - [Hollow Candle-Like Table Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lampe.md)
