# Futuristic Geometric Furniture The Beautic 'Springer' Chair is Sleek and Modern By Marie | Published 2011-07-20 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/beautic-springer-chair References: [mocoloco](http://mocoloco.com/archives/024513.php?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed:) & [beautic.eu](http://beautic.eu/en/design/springer) Fans of [minimalist furniture and simple geometric designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sitter-chair) will love the new Beutic 'Springer' chair. The Polish company created this seating option to embody the single but supercharged flow of energy that a spring contains. The design is functional and practical, as it is perfect for [storing and stacking](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/omega-chair), as well as giving any room a very modern look. The chair is made up of [one long chromium-plated steel tube](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/loopy-chair), which is shaped into several smaller triangles that make up the seat and a large triangle as the backrest. If you're concerned about comfort during long dinners or meetings, but want to keep it simple, a solid-color throw pillow would do just the trick. The innovative look and design technique of the Beautic Springer chair is definitely something to be admired. I'm interested to see what other futuristic yet simple pieces the company will have to offer -- a springing coffee table, perhaps? ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.9/10 - Popularity: 57% | Activity: 23% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/furniture) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Minimalist Furniture:** Opportunity for creating sleek and modern furniture designs with minimalistic features. - **Geometric Designs:** Opportunity for incorporating geometric shapes and patterns into furniture for a futuristic aesthetic. - **Functional Storage Solutions:** Opportunity for integrating storage capabilities into furniture designs to optimize space and organization. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Opportunity for furniture manufacturers to embrace minimalistic and geometric designs to attract modern consumers. - **Interior Design:** Opportunity for interior designers to incorporate minimalist furniture with functional storage solutions to create modern, organized spaces. - **Home Decor Retail:** Opportunity for retailers to offer futuristic geometric furniture pieces that appeal to consumers seeking sleek and modern home decor. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Circular Modernist Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zerogravity-chair.md) - [Structurally Complex Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-arch-chair.md) - [Minimal Geometric Chair Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/euclid-chair.md) - [Sustainable Metallic Furniture Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stuttgart-chair-20.md) - [Modernist Ski-Inspired Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tip-chair.md) - [Leather-Accented Industrial Seating](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/l1-chair-from-object-leuci.md) - [Metallic Tubular Minimal Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tone-chair.md) - [Flatpack Ultra-Modular Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nebula-chair.md) - [Aluminum Stainless Steel Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/morph-chair.md)
