It's loaded with 3000 original sounds with hundreds of pre-existing loops, patterns, [beats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/slab-controller) and at least 65 digital effects according to Electronista. With this you can [sample, edit and mix](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tm4) on-the-go, as well as play around with other manipulations. With the addition of the 3.5 LCD screen display and the luminous glow in the dark, Beat Thang is the total package for beat makers. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.1/10 - Popularity: 47% | Activity: 68% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Portable Music Production:** The rise of compact and lightweight music production devices like Beat Thang opens up opportunities for musicians to create music anywhere, anytime. - **Mobile Studio Tools:** The integration of sampling, editing, mixing, and digital effects in portable devices like Beat Thang allows musicians to have a complete studio experience on-the-go. - **Convenience in Music Creation:** The convenience of having a portable device like Beat Thang with pre-existing loops, patterns, and beats enables musicians to quickly lay down ideas and inspirations without the need for a full-fledged studio setup. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Music Production:** The music production industry can leverage portable music production devices like Beat Thang to cater to the needs of musicians who prefer creating music on-the-go. - **Technology:** The technology industry can explore the development of compact and feature-rich devices like Beat Thang to empower musicians with advanced music creation capabilities in a portable format. - **Entertainment:** The entertainment industry can embrace the convenience offered by portable music production devices like Beat Thang to enhance the creativity and productivity of musicians during their travels and live performances. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Affordable Music-Making Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/easyplay-1s.md) - [Portable Miniature Soundboards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/seqtrak.md) - [Gamified Music-Making Machines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/beat-machine.md) - [Portable Miniature Music Studios](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tracker-mini.md) - [Playful Music Production Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mytracks.md) - [Bright Pink Drum Machines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/razzmatazz.md) - [Portable Battery-Powered DJ Decks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/korg-handytraxx-play.md) - [Portable Multi-Track Recorders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/multitrack-recorder.md) - [Music-Sampling Engine Groove Boxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/liven-lofi12.md)
