Placed on the bank of the River Thames in London, the sculpture looks exactly like a real whale. The team from Captain Boomer used fiberglass to make the [gargantuan sculpture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/public-safety-initiative). In addition, they enhanced the realism of the installation by hiring actors. Fake professionals were placed on the scene to simulate an actual rescue effort.
