The 604 Acacia House is located in paradisaical Newport Beach, California and it's surrounded by natural elements. As if hidden away in a [tropical rainforest](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/villa-brisana), the house has beautiful [plants growing all around it](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hedge-and-arbour-house). Although the roof is outlined by plants, the house still looks modern, especially from the interior because of the wood, glass and steel furnishings. The interiors have impressive features including a large wine shelf in the kitchen and a bar-like counter, a fully furnished home gym, a wall dedicated to shoe storage, an in-home centerpiece that operates as a fireplace and an immaculate loft with glass barriers. The beach-inspired 604 Acacia House is truly an original work of architecture and design that incorporates a plethora of materials and colors in a way that looks harmonious and easy on the eyes. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.1/10 - Popularity: 74% | Activity: 41% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Tropical-inspired Homes:** Designing homes with elements and plants inspired by the tropics is a disruptive innovation opportunity for architecture, construction and landscaping industries. - **Luxury Home Features:** Incorporating impressive features such as fully furnished home gyms, shoe storage walls, and unique fireplaces is a disruptive innovation opportunity for the home accessories and furnishings industry. - **Natural Elements in Urban Homes:** Incorporating natural elements such as plants and green spaces in urban homes is a disruptive innovation opportunity for real estate, architecture and landscaping industries. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Architecture:** Architects can innovate by incorporating natural elements and tropical plants as inspiration to create unique homes. - **Construction:** Construction companies can innovate by using sustainable materials for tropical-inspired homes that incorporate natural elements. - **Landscaping:** Landscaping businesses can innovate by incorporating tropical plants and natural elements in urban homes and public spaces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Palm Springs-Inspired Coastal Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tonal-bliss.md) - [Nature-Inspired Bungalow Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/maurpankhi.md) - [Light-Filled Open Beach Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/big-sky-beach-house.md) - [Contemporary Weatherized Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/acute-house.md) - [Beach Club-Inspired Holiday Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sydney-coastal-home.md) - [Organic Coastal Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/diachok-architects.md) - [Modern Architectural Seaside Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/strandhouse.md) - [Fiji Ocean-Front Estate Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/reef-house.md) - [Juxtaposing South Californian Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/emerald-bay.md)
