# Hero-Signalling Alarm Clocks Closeout Zone's Bat-Signal Alarm Clock is the Best Way to Wake Up By Kyle Towers | Published 2013-04-29 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/batsignal-alarm-clock References: [geekalerts](http://www.geekalerts.com/batman-signal-projection-alarm-clock/) & [closeoutzone](http://www.closeoutzone.com/) This bat-signal alarm clock from Closeout Zone calls you into action in order to save the day, or just to wake you up, which is sometimes just as challenging. The adaptability of this device is quite fluid as many [alarm clocks project the time](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ahmed-rashad), so projecting a bat symbol is a great transition. It's like your own personal Commissioner Gordon police light in your bedroom. The bat-signal [alarm clock includes an auxiliary input](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/international-delight-cinnabon-alarm-clocks) in order to plug in your own [iPod](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/repod-c1) or other MP3 device. I highly recommend setting the wake-up music to a Batman theme song in order to add even more encouragement. The only thing you would need now is a Batman pole connecting your room to your downstairs. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.6/10 - Popularity: 65% | Activity: 65% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Hero-signalling Alarm Clocks:** Hero-Signalling Alarm Clocks are a new trend that offer a unique way to wake up and may diversify the alarm clock market. - **Adaptive Alarm Clocks:** Adaptive Alarm Clocks is also a trend that can disrupt the regular alarm clock market by adding features like projection. - **Themed Alarm Clocks:** Themed Alarm Clocks that let users choose their favorite music or sounds for wake-up alarm can bring in a new era of innovation in the alarm clock industry. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Consumer Electronics Industry:** The Consumer Electronics Industry could benefit from incorporating more innovative designs and technology into their alarm clock products. - **Home Decor Industry:** Companies in the Home Decor Industry can use these kinds of alarm clocks to create interesting and unique products that attract consumers. - **Entertainment Industry:** The Entertainment Industry could collaborate with these kinds of alarm clock manufacturers to create themed and special edition alarm clocks based on their popular franchises and characters. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Motion-Sensing Alarm Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nintendo-sound-clock-alarmo.md) - [Digital Personality Alarm Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/alarm-oclock.md) - [Chic Circadian Rhythm Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hatch-restore-2.md) - [Coffee-Brewing Sunrise Alarm Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/optimrise-sunrise-alarm-clock.md) - [Connected Sunrise Alarm Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/philips-smartsleep-connected-sleep-and-wakeup-light.md) - [Unsettling Series Alarm Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/red-light-green-light-doll-alarm-clock.md) - [Rainbow Illumination Alarm Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/alarm-clock-concept.md) - [Branded Technology Alarm Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/apple-snooze.md) - [Connected Light Smart Alarms](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wiim-wakeup-light.md)
