On the drinks list, there's a Highball-style Katsuo Isono, made with gin, myoga, lychee, agricole rum and ponzu, as well as a [savory Glizztini](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/get-the-msg-cocktail) that captures the essence of the quintessential game-day hot dog in beverage form. This drink is also prepared with gin and it plays with mugi shochu, tomato, mezcal, onion brine and MSG, plus red and yellow cacao butter drizzled as a garnish to represent ketchup and mustard. To accompany the baseball-inspired cocktail menu titled Second Base, Tokyo Confidential paired the list with collectible baseball cards and special edition jerseys. Soon, baseball-inspired snacks will also be served to elevate the themed drinking experience. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.6/10 - Popularity: 39% | Activity: 15% | Freshness: 24% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Drinking](https://www.trendhunter.com/drinking) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Sport-themed Mixology:** Tokyo Confidential's creation of baseball-inspired cocktails offers a novel fusion of sports culture and sophisticated beverage crafting. - **Experiential Drinking:** The inclusion of collectible baseball cards and special edition jerseys with the cocktail menu provides a multi-sensory experience for patrons. - **Savory Cocktails:** Drinks like the Glizztini introduce a disruptive flavor profile by combining savory elements with traditional cocktail ingredients. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Hospitality:** The creation of themed cocktails can enhance guest engagement and elevate the overall dining experience in bars and restaurants. - **Sports Memorabilia:** Partnering themed dining experiences with collectible items like baseball cards and jerseys merges sports memorabilia with hospitality offerings. - **Food and Beverage:** Innovative cocktail recipes that incorporate unconventional ingredients can redefine customer expectations in the food and beverage industry. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [In-Stadium Sake Cocktails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sayuri-sake-horchata.md) - [Sake Cocktail Menus](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sake-cocktail-menu.md) - [Sports-Themed Canned Cocktails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spiked-vodka-cocktail.md) - [Savory Culinary Cocktails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/two-schmucks.md) - [Cocktail-Inspired Beers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kindred-spirits.md) - [Bar-Quality Canned Cocktails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/death-co.md) - [Clarified Cocktail Menus](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/clarified-cocktails.md) - [High-ABV Sporty Cocktails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/soccerballz.md) - [Fried Chicken Cocktails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/karaage-cocktail.md)
