There are a lot of cool things happening on the architecture front, but the Barrier Reef Restaurant is definitely topping the list right now. A [unique dining experience](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/daniels-room), it features 280 feet of [aquariums](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lmn-architect) and a three-story shark tank.

Although it is only a concept right now, the Barrier Reef Restaurant is being proposed by [Hyatt Project](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hyatt-union-square) as a new Chicago hot spot. Mixing food with entertainment and vice versa, there's a fine line between what you see and what you eat and that is what makes it truly exciting.
