In honor of Barbie’s birthday, a life-sized Malibu Barbie Dream House was decorated in true Barbie fashion, with pink as the highlight color, of course! A hot pink VW was also created just for her. And on March 9th, celebrities and Barbie lovers alike flocked to Malibu to celebrate Barbie’s Big Five-Oh. Heidi Klum, Lauren Conrad and the Kardashian sisters were just a few of the Barbie fans who showed up to party in her honor. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.0/10 - Popularity: 75% | Activity: 98% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Pop Culture](https://www.trendhunter.com/popculture) > [Celebs](https://www.trendhunter.com/celebs) ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Designer Shoes for Dolls](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/desinger-shoes-on-dolls-barbie-to-get-a-pair-of-christian-louboutin-pumps.md) - [Designer Dollhouse Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/miniature-adler-dioramas-for-barbie.md) - [Barbie Makeup for Adults](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/barbie-makeup-for-real-people-cosmetics-brand-stila-launches-barbie-makeup.md) - [$30 Million Barbie Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/first-flagship-stores-house-of-barbie-shanghai.md) - [Cougar Barbies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cougar-barbie.md) - [Life-Sized Barbie Mansions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/barbie-celebrates-half-century-with-real-life-malibu-mansion-and-new-store.md) - [Iconic Doll Revamp](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/edgy-icon-barbie-gets-radical-makeover.md) - [Real-Life Barbie Cars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/barbie-doll-car-pink-fiat-500.md)
