She developed the concept as a result of her research into parks and gardens, with the intent of developing an efficient, low impact system that integrates well with its surroundings. "Sevcan notes that bamboo has a very pure, smooth, and flowing form which allowed her to create a [modular concept for various lighting configurations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ilo-lamp)," Core77 adds. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.1/10 - Popularity: 44% | Activity: 72% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Gadgets](https://www.trendhunter.com/gadgets) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Sustainable Outdoor Lighting:** Disruptive innovation opportunities include developing more efficient and environmentally-friendly lighting solutions for outdoor spaces. - **LED Integration in Natural Materials:** Opportunities arise to explore how LEDs can be integrated into other natural materials to create unique lighting designs. - **Modular Lighting Configurations:** Disruptive innovation opportunities exist in creating modular lighting systems that can be easily customized and adapted for different spaces and settings. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Sustainable Design:** There is potential for disruption in the sustainable design industry by incorporating LED technology into natural materials for various applications. - **Outdoor Lighting:** Opportunities exist for disruptive innovation in the outdoor lighting industry by developing more energy-efficient and visually appealing lighting solutions for parks, gardens, and other outdoor spaces. - **Interior Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunities can be found in the interior design industry by exploring alternative materials and configurations for LED lighting installations. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Glowing Bamboo Lamp](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/paardarshi.md) - [Sustainable Light Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/geolectric-lantern.md) - [Wireless Solar-Powered Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/solarpowered-lights.md) - [Ecological Dual Lampshade Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/air-light.md) - [Stone Waste Street Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pebble-street-light.md) - [Experimental Ancestral Lighting Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kawabi.md) - [Lantern-Inspired Soft Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fermob-lighting.md) - [Modular Outdoor Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lanova.md) - [Glowing Organic-Waste Sustainable Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lanova-terra.md)
