Available for both iOS and Android, the app pairs via Bluetooth to enable GPS-based tracking of mileage, speed, and route history. It also offers continuous battery‐health monitoring, alerting users to remaining range and charging needs to prevent unexpected power depletion. In addition, riders can engage remote locking and anti‐theft features with a single tap, as well as share live location data with friends or family for enhanced security and trip coordination. Beyond core performance tracking, Bakcou Connect centralizes maintenance reminders and software‐update notifications, helping extend the lifespan of both the battery and motor components. The app’s user interface presents key metrics through a color‐coded dashboard, allowing quick assessment of ride status at a glance. Tailored to backcountry hunters, long‐distance commuters, and recreational explorers alike, Bakcou Connect aims to elevate safety and convenience by transforming an e-bike into a connected device that supports trip planning, asset security, and ongoing system health management.
