The sandwich starts off with Alaskan cod that's beer-battered and fried to perfection before being placed on a brioche bun with a cilantro-lime coleslaw, pickled red onions and a Baja sauce. The sandwich thus features a coastal cuisine recipe that balances tastes and textures to not be too heavy or too light. The Habit Grill Baja Crispy Fish sandwich is launching alongside the Cheese Street Corn Tots and [Blue Wave Shake](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/habit-burger-grill-peppermint-bark-shake), which are encouraged by the brand for customers to enjoy individually or together for different mealtime preferences.
