Instructables user Dreddikulous uploaded a tutorial on creating a [bacon covered guitar](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rosewood-guitar). Dreddikulous is a self-professed lover of bacon and he claims to love it so much that he felt the need to write a love song for bacon. The Bacon Love Blues guitar was created with a few [packages of bacon](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hickorysmoked-bacon) and a creative mind. Now for all you [vegetarians](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crispy-bacon-style-strips) (like myself) and non-bacon eaters, you have to admire his passion. Whether or not you feel as strongly for the meat, anyone who is willing to cover their instrument in swine and write a song about it certainly is worth noting. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.7/10 - Popularity: 33% | Activity: 41% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Food](https://www.trendhunter.com/food) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Bacon Love Blues:** An emerging trend of incorporating bacon into various aspects of popular culture, including music and art. - **DIY Bacon Creations:** A growing trend of individuals creating unique and unconventional items using bacon as the main material. - **Passion for Bacon:** The trend of individuals expressing their deep love and appreciation for bacon through various creative outlets. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Food and Beverage:** Opportunity for innovative food companies to create new bacon-themed products and capitalize on the bacon craze. - **Music and Entertainment:** Disruptive innovation opportunity for musicians, artists, and content creators to incorporate bacon into their performances, songs, and visual art. - **DIY and Crafts:** An opportunity for crafters and DIY enthusiasts to create and market unique bacon-themed products and projects. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Celebratory Bacon Cakes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bacon-cake.md) - [Delectable Plant-Based Bacons](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plantbased-bacons.md) - [Recycled Guitar Prototypes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cardboard-guitar-1.md) - [DIY Beer Guitars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/busch-light.md) - [Upcycled Bacon Jams](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tbj-gourmet-bacon-jam.md) - [Bacon-Scented Wrapping Papers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/black-label-bacon-wrapping-paper.md) - [Upcycled Can Guitar Campaigns](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/busch-light-guitar.md) - [Braille-Covered Electric Guitars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vitar-guitar.md) - [Shreddable Steampunk Guitars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/steampunk-guitar.md)
