Specifically crafted to be paired alongside the Rousso's Cotton Candy Bacon on a Stick, this particularly beer is an exceptionally creative beverage which Lakewood Brewing's president and founder Wim Bens admitted presented a lofty challenge even for the company's famously innovative team of talented brewers. “We’ve put [bacon in beer](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/breakfast-popup) before, and we’ve done [fun sweet flavors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vanilla-caramel-amber) as well, but to put both in a beer and make it super drinkable took a group effort. But the finished brew turned out fantastic," Bens said, noting that the Cotton Candy Bacon Ale manages to deftly combine the salty smoky aroma of bacon in a subtle manner in conjunction with the unmistakably sweet yet not overpowering taste of cotton candy.
