With the recent [Winter Olympics](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-descente) wrapping up, it is probable as to where Jay Venini got the idea. He even spray-painted the icy mound with [Team USA](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/browned-butter-bourbon) colors. The kids raced down one at a time in their [snow gear](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/miles-the-label), a helmet, and of course, on their sleds. Record-breaking, ice cold temperatures and snow falls have been the norm up north this season and this is definitely a way to liven up those winter woes.
