# Womb-Like Infancy Cribs The Baby C Cradle Provides a Warm and Safe Environment for the Child By Matt Ho | Published 2011-06-25 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/baby-c-cradle References: [ifitshipitshere.blogspot](http://ifitshipitshere.blogspot.com/2011/06/baby-c-cradle-modern-walnut-wood-lined.html) & [dripta](http://www.dripta.com/) Parents who have a child on the way and a taste for contemporary design will enjoy the [Baby C Cradle](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/baby-bird-reincarnation-3way-sofa-bed). The co-founder of Puur Design Studio Dripta Roy designed the Baby C Cradle drawing inspiration from the inside of a mother's womb. The bed has a beautiful curve that reflects the closed and warm environment that an infant lives in before being brought into the world. It's made from polyethylene shell with a charming walnut wood interior for a wonderful finish. If you're wondering what kind of mattress goes with it, don't worry because upon purchase, a special one will be provided for you. The design of the Baby C Cradle is well-executed and I love the concept that was put into this. Parents will appreciate the effort put into this design. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.4/10 - Popularity: 43% | Activity: 22% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Alpha - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Womb-like Cribs:** Designing infant cribs and beds to simulate the environment of a mother's womb. - **Contemporary Infant Furniture:** Creating modern design furniture specifically for infants. - **Environment-friendly Baby Products:** Creating eco-friendly baby products by using sustainable materials. ### Who This Affects Most - **Furniture:** Creating furniture targeted towards infants and mothers. - **Baby Product:** Creating innovative baby products that provides safety and comfort for infants. - **Sustainable:** Creating sustainable baby products that are healthier for the environment. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Collapsible Space-Saving Child Cribs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/folding-crib.md) - [Smart Cry-Detecting Baby Cribs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/starling-natural-heritage.md) - [Sleek Cradle-Transforming Suitcases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/schwan.md) - [Design-Conscious Baby Incubators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/concept-incubator.md) - [Collapsible Flatpack Crib Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bababing-bedside-travel-crib.md) - [Ultra-Modern Infant Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modern-infant-furniture.md) - [Baby-Monitoring Smart Crib Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wee-watch.md) - [Sleek Multipurpose Crib Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crib-design.md) - [Active-Care AI-Powered Cribs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/yuanbeibei-intelligent-crib.md)
