Architecture firm [DeDraft](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/th-residence) designed the AYN3 house, which features five bedrooms and rests on the highest point on its plot nestled in [Rural Oxfordshire](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/three-oaks-farm). Specifically, the home is within Aynhoe Park surrounded by gardens which are designed by Lancelot Capability Brown.

Founder of DeDraft, Grant Straghan explained, "[The house is] a series of stacked rectilinear volumes radiating from a central core featuring slices of varying sizes cut into the external envelope to make the most of vistas out across the impressive historic site." The firm used a [plinth of Cotswold stone](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/figuier-house) to ground the AYN3 home and it was created as a low-slung residence. There are three wings that stem from the double-height entrance hall to showcase views in all directions.
