[AutoStore](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/george-autostore-hub), the Norweigian robotics company, recently established a new testing facility that replicates a range of environmental conditions found in stores and warehouses. This testing center will put its [micro-fulfillment technology](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/robotics-fulfillment-platform) to the test and determine how its robots will perform in hot and cold situations and subject equipment to simulated earthquakes.

“Within the [robotic technology industry](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/phl-group), we do not have time to let the processes drag on,” AutoStore CEO Karl Johan Lier said in a statement. “As a technology company, we must identify needs, and together with our partners and customers develop good solutions that can work immediately.
