Developed in partnership with RockED, the program offers more than 70 microlearning modules covering core AI concepts, real-world applications, and best practices -- all delivered in short-form video format via the free RockED mobile app. An advanced certification track is also available for managers and executives, helping leaders plan and implement AI-driven strategies. Within just four weeks of a limited rollout, over 2,000 professionals had enrolled, reflecting strong demand for accessible AI education tailored to the automotive retail sector. Participants who complete the program receive digital badges and shareable credentials to highlight their expertise. By positioning AI readiness as essential as Google Analytics was for marketing, the certification aims to become the gold standard for workforce preparedness in automotive retail.
