Chic, modern and featuring the SmartHome automation program, it blends tech and style in a seamless way. In fact, no one would even suspect that it was an automated home. Designed by [SVOYA](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/apartment-with-a-lizard) studio for a [young married couple with a child](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/no-ordinary-house), the automated home is full of warm wood accents, white walls and grey furnishings, which complement the use of stainless steel throughout as well. With interesting artistic touches found in different parts of the automated home, it is clear that aesthetics is an important factor in its design. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.4/10 - Popularity: 24% | Activity: 10% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Smarthome Automation:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop advanced AI algorithms to improve the efficiency and intelligence of home automation systems. - **Seamless Integration:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces that seamlessly integrate smart technologies with home aesthetics. - **Artistic Automation:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Combine automation with artistic design elements to create visually appealing and customized smart homes. ### Who This Affects Most - **Smart Home Technology:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop innovative devices, sensors, and platforms to enhance automation capabilities and improve user experience. - **Interior Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Integrate smart home technologies into interior design concepts, offering aesthetically pleasing solutions for automated homes. - **Architecture:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Explore new building materials and techniques to seamlessly incorporate automation systems while maintaining architectural integrity. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Log Cabin-Inspired Modern Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/balbek-bureau.md) - [Modern Minimal Lviv Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/km-home.md) - [Modern Minimalism Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oldnew.md) - [Ukranian All-Beige Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/allbeige-home.md) - [Luxuriously Artistic Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/child-studio1.md) - [Ultra-Slick Modern Apartment Interiors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modern-apartment-interior.md) - [Cozy Smart Tiny Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sonoma.md) - [Understated Modernist Artful Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/child-studio-1.md) - [AI Interior Decorators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ai-interior-designer.md)
