Located in Los Altos — a quaint area [southeast of San Francisco](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/redwood-house), the practice added a [slated extension to an existing home](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/seventies-house). The clients are frequent travelers and the brief called for a personal "version of a hotel spa" that will surely help the owners relax at home. The addition spans across 540 square feet and Framestudio includes a [slender pool](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/malvern-pool-house) and a small gym facility. The at-home spa day will, without a doubt, be a welcomed and convenient feature of the contemporary home, especially in times where people dedicate themselves to their work and need to balance out with a good dose of wellness.
