Floor plates are configured to accommodate flexible layouts for tenants and residents, while amenity spaces are distributed vertically to connect social and private functions. The project incorporates sustainable systems intended to support energy efficiency and occupant comfort, with mechanical and façade strategies developed to respond to the regional climate.
