This experience is made possible through IKEA's partnership with [TaskRabbit](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kayak-and-taskrabbit), a company which the furniture brand bought back in September of 2017. To use the service, consumers simply request a time to have a TaskRabbit employee to come to their home to set up their items. Prices for this service start at $36, with increases based on the size and complexity of the item.

IKEA's assembly service hopes to further convenience the consumer who may be skeptical of purchasing IKEA furniture.
