# Combative Condiment Caddies The Assault & Pepper Shakers Duke it Out on the Dinner Table By Gil Cohen | Published 2013-04-09 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/assault-pepper References: [geekalerts](http://www.geekalerts.com/assault-and-pepper-shakers/) & [red5](http://www.red5.co.uk/new-gadgets/new-arrivals/assault-and-pepper-shakers.aspx) Fighting to the death is no big deal for the Assault & Pepper Shakers from RED5. These two ceramic duelers are already in the midst of action, with [savory salt](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/angus-oink-salts) throwing heavy punches while [spicy pepper](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zjddg) reels back and gets ready for a counterattack. Dining just became more exciting with some shaker-on-shaker fighting action, an excellent dinner addition for those who love a good fight. All of the stealthy ninjas, secretive Fight Club-goers, boxers and wrestlers can get a piece of the action with these aggressive hand-to-hand combat fighters on their kitchen table. Salt has one hole while pepper has three, but be very cautious -- the Assault & Pepper Shakers pack some serious punch. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.7/10 - Popularity: 29% | Activity: 15% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Kitchen](https://www.trendhunter.com/kitchen) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Combat-themed Kitchen Accessories:** The trend of combat-themed kitchen accessories offers an opportunity for disruptive innovation in the home decor industry. - **Interactive Dining Experiences:** The rise of interactive dining experiences presents an opportunity for disruptive innovation in the restaurant industry. - **Playful Tableware:** The trend of playful tableware opens up opportunities for disruptive innovation in the kitchenware industry. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Home Decor:** The home decor industry can leverage the trend of combat-themed kitchen accessories to create unique and engaging products. - **Restaurant:** The restaurant industry can embrace interactive dining experiences to provide customers with thrilling and memorable meals. - **Kitchenware:** The kitchenware industry can tap into the trend of playful tableware to create fun and entertaining products for consumers. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [MSG Shaker Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shaker-sets.md) - [Tabletop Seed Shakers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/munchy-seeds-need-seeds.md) - [Spicy Coarse Salts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hot-salt.md) - [Functional Table Seasonings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/table-seasonings.md) - [Dual Spice Shaker Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stui.md) - [Collectible Cosplay Condiments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/heinz-ketchup-and-mustard.md) - [Premium Peppercorn Seasonings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/premium-peppercorn.md) - [Outdoor-Friendly Pepper Grinders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wooden-pepper-mill.md) - [Couples Recipe Books](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/recipe-therapy.md)
