The Arume restaurant and bar located in Jakarta has been completed by the team at [RAD+ar](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stalk-treehugger), which also stands for Research Artistic [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/h-residence) + architecture. The structure is defined by its wave-like rooftop made with concrete along the terrace in a swept form. It is nestled in the city's Kemang district and is designed to join the restaurant chain of various nature-filled areas.

The principal of Research Artistic Design + architecture (RAD+ar) Antonius Richard, shares the design thought process with [Dezeen](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/overwater-restaurant). "The core concept was to explore the potential of split-level design in creating distinct zones, while integrating nature within a compact footprint. The project engages with its site by blending contemporary design elements with the tropical surroundings of the commercial area."
