The Copycat not only offers creative freedom to its residents, but also a [sense of community](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spaced-agency), making it the perfect place for artists to congregate. Every single resident in the building was photographed for the eye-opening series. Of the project, Bulinski explains, "The universal story I took away from the residents were their sense of pride with creating art without a purpose beyond the sake of creation.
