I like the rabbit laying on its back and the romantic couple of insects. Very charming. It is wonderful when people create [gigantic sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pure-exhibition) made out of [oranges](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/apeel) and call it art. It’s stuff like that, masterpieces that really push the boundaries of what art is, that makes it so special. Orange artworks are a great example of artistic DIY that anyone can perform. Now that’s good news for fruit lovers. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.1/10 - Popularity: 22% | Activity: 32% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Fruit-inspired Art:** There is an opportunity to create more fruit-inspired art and sculptures using various fruits to create interesting installations. - **DIY Art:** People can be encouraged to create their own DIY art and sculptures using fruits, bringing art closer to the masses. - **Sustainable Art:** Using fruits and other organic materials for art can promote sustainability and encourage artists to use more eco-friendly resources. ### Where This Applies - **Art and Design:** Artists and designers can explore new ways to create unique sculptures using every day materials like fruits. - **Agriculture:** Fruit farms can partner with artists and designers to provide them with the resources and materials to create their sculptures and installations. - **Tourism:** Orange sculptures and other fruit-based artwork can attract tourists to various locations, providing opportunities for local businesses to thrive. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Surreal Love-Themed Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/joakim-ojanen.md) - [Fruit-Inspired Furniture Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modular-stool.md) - [Insect-Inspired Bronze Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/insect-bronze-sculptures.md) - [Outdoor Floral Sculpture Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sculptures-at-kew-gardens.md) - [Iconic Bag-Inspired Art Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/big-birk.md) - [Wooden Light-Hearted Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dream-sculpture.md) - [Fruit-Inspired Furniture Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fruitinspired-furniture-collection.md) - [Digital Archetype Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/christian-rex-van-minnen-1.md) - [Sophisticated Upcycled Home Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/basket-sculptures.md)
