Lithuanian artist Arminas Stanulevicius' work creatively combines hunting taxidermy and morbid social commentary in his hunting trophy artwork series. These bizarre animal mounts explicitly give off a rather eerie vibe through the combination of human bones and decaying materials.

Stanulevicius' art pieces seem to render iconic [Disney](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brent-estabrook-debuts-storytime) film characters into [decaying wall mounts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fibredog). One of Stanulevicius' pieces features a disjointed decaying skull with two melting red candles stuck to the head. The skull is mounted to a wooden wall mount made out of stapled mousetraps stuck together in the shape of the famous Disney mascot, Mickey Mouse. The second piece features a similar skull with two antlers reminiscent of Disney's Bambi. The use of human skulls and Disney references to create taxidermy animals is [remarkably spooky](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spooky-adventures).
