Designed as a collaborative effort between [Conrad Architects](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/conrad-residence) and Mim Design, the contemporary home is located in Melbourne's Armadale suburb. Representing the perfect balance between interiors and architecture, the Armadale House boasts a subtle [minimalist glamour](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/edge-of-calm). Mim Design was the mastermind behind the home's interior, while Conrad Architects cared for the building's overall architecture. The family home features eye-catching details like bronze French doors, balustrades, planter boxes, and louvered screens. Drawing on classical proportions, the design plays with open and opaque surfaces to establish an elegant facade. A pared-down luxury interior welcomes guests with softened fabrics and clean lines.
