The Arganzuela Footbridge looks more like a huge art piece than a practical pedestrian path. This [spiraling metal structure](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pasona-natureverse-pavilion) was recently completely in Madrid, Spain.

Designed by [Dominique Perrault Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dominique-frelaut), the Arganzuela Footbridge does not only jazz up its surroundings in a subtle yet efficient way, it also encourages people to walk more through areas that were not necessarily easily accessible by foot.

The Arganzuela Footbridge's design pretty much speaks for itself. I like how it lets in a lot of natural light while also giving the users a great view of the city. Aside from that detail, the Arganzuela Footbridge's [sculptural presence](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ladder-series) is what I love the most about this architectural feat.
