Arckit's original product was a modelling system that allows people to build and personalize miniature homes. Its newer products include the Arckit Cityscape, the Arckit Masterplan, and the Arckit Masterplan Pro – all of which allow users to build their own dream cities and suburban neighborhoods. The 3D modelling system comes with a series of modular pieces that can be put together to form varying structures, as well as multicolored and multi-shaped roof tops. The Arckit modelling system is ideal for budding architects who would like an outlet for their creative planning skills. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.6/10 - Popularity: 82% | Activity: 79% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Modelling Systems:** Modeling systems continue to be developed and upgraded to allow for greater customization and creativity. - **Personalized Cities:** The trend towards personalized creations has spread to cities and neighborhoods, allowing individuals to design their ideal space. - **Tangible Design:** Tangible design systems that allow for physical creation of models continue to provide opportunities for architects and designers. ### Who This Affects Most - **Architecture:** The Arckit modelling system presents an opportunity for architects to explore new design possibilities and create interactive models. - **Urban Planning:** The system can also be used in urban planning to create prototype models, experiment with different designs, and involve the community. - **Education:** The Arckit modelling system presents an opportunity for architecture and design students to learn about building and urban design in a hands-on manner. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Green Community Building Kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arckit-greenscape-village.md) - [Screen-Free 3D Building Puzzles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/3d-building-puzzle.md) - [Structure Building Cards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-of-cards-building-kit.md) - [Architecture-Inspired Legos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brooklyns-architectural-history.md) - [Modular Furniture Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arca.md) - [Big Apple Toy Blocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/machi-town-new-york.md) - [Towering Wooden Block Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/capsule-tower.md) - [Lego-Centric Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brick-my-world.md) - [Architectural Design Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/archiscale.md)
