The chair is part of the New Arcos series and boasts a sculpted wooden construction accented by leather accents to give it an organic feel. The armrests are wrapped in leather that extends underneath the seat to function as a storage space for books or even a hammock for cats. The 'Arch' chair design responds to the popularity of pet ownership and the demand for style-conscious solutions for the home that also keep furry friends in mind. The chair is well-suited for sitting areas, but is also great as an office chair to keep pets nearby when working. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.0/10 - Popularity: 71% | Activity: 33% | Freshness: 16% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/furniture) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Pet-inclusive Furniture:** Designing furniture with built-in features or storage spaces that cater to the needs of pets. - **Multi-functional Home Accessories:** Creating home accessories that serve multiple purposes, such as storage, seating, and pet-friendly features. - **Sustainable Materials in Furniture Design:** Utilizing eco-friendly materials in the construction of furniture to align with consumers' growing interest in sustainability. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Furniture Design:** Innovating furniture designs that integrate pet-friendly elements, maximizing functionality for both humans and pets. - **Pet Products:** Developing pet accessories that seamlessly blend with home decor, providing comfort and convenience for both pets and owners. - **Interior Design:** Exploring new ways to create pet-friendly spaces within homes, blending aesthetic appeal and functionality. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Posh Pet-Friendly Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/quella-chair.md) - [Structurally Complex Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-arch-chair.md) - [Pet Bed-Equipped Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sharing-joy-armchair.md) - [Pet-Friendly Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hound-lounge.md) - [Posh Pet-Friendly Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nomad-juno.md) - [Cat-Friendly Seat Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jingcyuan-tang.md) - [Cozy Cat-Friendly Furniture Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flow-single-sofa.md) - [Storage-Attached Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grid-chair.md) - [Modern Pet-Friendly Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/choo-choo.md)
