The [Azoo](http://azoopalm.com/blog/?p=70)Eco-Desk Lifestyle Aquarium, however, is big enough for an entire school of tropical fish. Better than simply being a mini aqua park below your work surface, the Azoo also takes care of all maintenance for you, so all that's left for you to do is sit back and watch the living, tranquil environment beneath your laptop. The table top comes in metal or wood, so you can get one to match either a sleek, modern interior, or a more natural work space. Here's another Aquarium desk, designed specially for the [Apple](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/repurposed-vintage-apple-computers) fans out there. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.4/10 - Popularity: 72% | Activity: 52% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Aquarium Desks:** Opportunity to create innovative workspaces that combine functionality with a calming environment. - **Maintenance-free Aquariums:** Disruptive innovation for aquarium enthusiasts, eliminating the need for regular maintenance and providing hassle-free enjoyment. - **Customizable Tabletops:** Opportunity to offer a variety of materials and finishes for tabletops, catering to different interior styles and preferences. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Furniture:** Potential for furniture manufacturers to create aquarium desks as a unique and desirable product offering. - **Aquarium Supplies:** Opportunity for aquarium supplies companies to develop maintenance-free aquarium systems that cater to the needs of busy individuals. - **Interior Design:** Chance for interior design firms to incorporate aquarium desks as a design element, providing a unique and calming touch to workspaces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Repurposed Vintage Apple Computers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/repurposed-vintage-apple-computers.md) - [Elegant Working Desk Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mindset-builtin-computer-desk.md) - [Minimalist Professional Desk Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/artifox-x-twelve-south-desk.md) - [Computer-Housing Office Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lian-li-dk07.md) - [OLED Screen-Equipped Smart Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lumina-desk.md) - [Minimalist Gradient Glass Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glass-desk.md) - [Connected Gamer Desk Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/toughdesk-350-smart-gaming-desk.md) - [Cat-Friendly Minimal Desk Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cat-cubby-desk.md) - [Hybrid Schedule Workstation Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/humanex-x3.md)
